America West in Phoenix

America West has a major presence in the Valley of The Sun. Here are some of the facilities that are part of America West.

Corporate Headquarters. Visible from final approach to Runways 25L/R and 26. This building was built on the site of AWA's original headquarters in 1998.

Home. Terminal 4.

The Hangar. Open in 1988, this is located at the east end of Sky Harbor Airport.

The inside of the Hangar, with N907AW undergoing a reliability check. The entire hangar has an evaporative cooling system, and the offices have air conditioning.

Tempe Reservations.

Revenue Accounting (where the Refunds come from)

The warehouse. All customer service items are stored here.

Madison One. Until 2002, this was the home for Flight Crew and Airport Customer Service training. This building is no longer used by AWA - training has moved to 52nd Street and Flight Crews are done at the Flight Center.
